What you'll do
Prospect and engage sales leaders at home services, D2D, and field sales companies
Run outbound campaigns via cold call, email, LinkedIn, and video prospecting
Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for account executives
Use Parlay’s own AI coaching to sharpen your outreach skills daily
Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM
Hit and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets

What we're looking for
1+ years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS preferred)
Hungry, competitive, and coachable — you want to get better every day
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, social)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Bonus: Background in or selling to home services, D2D, or field sales industries
