What you'll do

  • Prospect and engage sales leaders at home services, D2D, and field sales companies

  • Run outbound campaigns via cold call, email, LinkedIn, and video prospecting

  • Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for account executives

  • Use Parlay’s own AI coaching to sharpen your outreach skills daily

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM

  • Hit and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets

  • 1+ years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS preferred)

  • Hungry, competitive, and coachable — you want to get better every day

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (calls, emails, social)

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Bonus: Background in or selling to home services, D2D, or field sales industries
