Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Parlay and its AI-powered sales coaching features. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use. Good Odds Inc., doing business as Parlay ("Parlay," "we," "our," or "us"), reserves the right to update this AUP at any time.

Recording and Consent

Consent Requirements

You must comply with all applicable recording consent laws when using Parlay to record conversations. This includes:

• Obtaining all necessary consent before recording any sales call, meeting, or conversation

• Understanding whether your jurisdiction requires one-party or all-party consent

• Clearly disclosing the presence of recording and AI analysis to all participants when required

• Not recording conversations involving minors without proper legal authorization

Prohibited Recording Practices

You may not use Parlay to:

• Record conversations without required legal consent

• Secretly record conversations in jurisdictions requiring all-party consent

• Record privileged communications (attorney-client, medical, etc.) without proper authorization

• Use recordings for purposes of harassment, blackmail, or intimidation

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Harmful Content

You may not use Parlay to create, upload, or distribute:

• Content promoting violence, threats, or harm to any individual or group

• Harassing, bullying, defamatory, or discriminatory content

• Sexually explicit or obscene material

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

Illegal Activities

You may not use Parlay to:

• Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity

• Facilitate fraud, scams, or deceptive sales practices

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or international law

• Circumvent sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions

Deceptive Practices

You may not:

• Misrepresent AI-generated coaching feedback as human-created analysis

• Use Parlay scores or analytics to misrepresent your sales performance

• Impersonate other users or organizations on the platform

• Manipulate or fabricate conversation data or performance metrics

Platform Integrity

Technical Restrictions

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service

• Overload our systems with excessive or abusive API requests

• Attempt to access unauthorized features, accounts, or data

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks

AI Model Restrictions

You may not:

• Attempt prompt injection or manipulation of Parlay's AI models

• Use the Service to extract proprietary model weights, parameters, or training data

• Use Parlay outputs to train competing AI coaching or sales analysis systems

• Bypass or circumvent content safety filters or guardrails

Commercial Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization

• Use the Service to build a competing product or service

• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

Privacy and Data Protection

You must:

• Respect the privacy of individuals whose conversations are recorded

• Not share recordings containing sensitive personal information without consent

• Comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

• Not attempt to identify individuals from anonymized or aggregated data

• Report any data breaches or unauthorized access immediately

Organization Use

Organization administrators are responsible for:

• Ensuring all team members understand and comply with this AUP

• Managing appropriate access permissions within their organization

• Promptly removing access for former employees or unauthorized users

• Establishing internal policies for appropriate use of AI coaching insights

Enforcement

Monitoring

We may monitor Service usage to ensure compliance with this policy, protect our systems and users, improve our safety measures, and comply with legal obligations.

Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• A warning and guidance on proper usage

• Temporary suspension of Service access

• Permanent account termination

• Reporting to relevant authorities when required by law
