Growth Marketing Manager

Full-time

Own Parlay's demand generation engine. Drive inbound pipeline through SEO, paid, email, and creative campaigns that reach VP Sales and sales ops leaders across field sales industries.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness to MQL

  • Manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) with a focus on CAC efficiency

  • Build and optimize SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page, and content planning

  • Design and run email nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing

  • Analyze funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and report on pipeline attribution

  • Collaborate with content, sales, and product to align messaging and positioning

What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand gen marketing

  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline through paid and organic channels

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable in GA4, HubSpot, and attribution tools

  • Experience running LinkedIn and Google Ads at $10K–$50K/mo budgets

  • Can write compelling ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences

  • Bonus: Experience marketing to sales leaders, home services, or field sales verticals
