What you'll do
Design and improve ML models for real-time conversation analysis and coaching feedback
Build NLP pipelines for transcription, sentiment analysis, and objection detection
Develop scoring algorithms that evaluate sales conversation quality
Train and fine-tune LLMs for industry-specific coaching recommendations
Collaborate with product and engineering to ship AI features end-to-end
Monitor model performance, run experiments, and iterate on accuracy

What we're looking for
3+ years building production ML/AI systems (not just notebooks)
Strong experience with NLP, speech-to-text, and conversational AI
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face)
Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs in production environments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where you ship weekly
Bonus: Experience with sales tech, coaching platforms, or conversation intelligence
