Paragon is the consumer AI sales coaching app from Parlay. Below is how to get help, manage your subscription, and delete your account.

Email support
The fastest way to reach the Paragon team is by email. We aim to respond within one business day.
(02) — SUBSCRIPTIONS
Manage or cancel
All Paragon subscriptions are billed through Apple. To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, then tap Paragon. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
(03) — ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your data
In the Paragon app, open Profile, tap Settings, then tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your recordings, scored analyses, playbook, and profile from our systems. The action cannot be undone. If you would prefer we delete your data on your behalf, email support@goparlay.io from the account address.
(04) — RECORDING ISSUES
Mic access & uploads
Paragon needs microphone access to capture calls. If recording is not working, open Settings → Paragon and enable Microphone. If a submitted recording fails to score, try again on a Wi-Fi connection. Supported formats are MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, and FLAC.
